8 years ago is the first time I properly started exercising. Before that, exercise was not a word in my vocabulary. Fast forward, and I made fitness into my profession.

I, like everyone else, have my ups and downs, but making changes to the way I exercise and the way I look towards exercise, has had a very positive impact o me and the way I train. Enjoying what you do and making it a positive experience will give you the push to keep going.

I love running with my big, black dog and taking classes in bodypump, circuit training and weight training. I have done a few half marathons, one marathon and 2 obstacle races.

I also teach senior exercise and I absolutely love doing that, I am working towards my senior fitness specialism diploma.
