Hi, my name is Karin and I am qualified as a level 3 PT. I am now in the process of qualifying in mental health PT.

For me, being fit is important, but it goes hand in hand with mental wellbeing. There is strong research in the benefits of exercise on mental health.

Getting enjoyment out of your exercises, getting that happy feeling from being fit will keep you on the path of exercise and make the most of body and mind.

-Train one to one, with a partner or in a small group

-We can train outdoors in the local park, in my garden or in your garden

-TRX training can be part of the sessions

-Weight training sessions
